Shout out for cyta

Just had a problem with internet going off, rung cyta help line and a polite young lady talked me through the steps, five minutes later we were reconnected,
She told us that our call stays on the system for seven days, and will be checked every so often to make sure it doesn't happen again, I don't think there is another company anywhere else, that have staff so polite, friendly and patient ..
