I went to Kings Mall and was told no one there replaces watch batteries. Where should one go for this?

If I were you I would go to 'Tick Tock' . He is on the Hill at Chloraka that goes from Paps to the coast road.
He is on the left as you head for the coast and it is well signposted

Makarios Ave, the main stree in the 'OldTown' Pano Paphos, car park is opp side from town. Walk over main dual carriageway and Makarios is the wide, pedestrianed street ahead.
There is a small watch shop next to the hotel. Pass Elean opticians (on left side.
The hotel is on the right side of the street, very close. The watch shop is next to the hotel entrance. Nice guy there, speaks good English. We always use him for our replacement watch batteries. Cost€6.

Do make sure that whoever you use replaces the rubber seal between the back of the watch and the body.
One mentioned didn't do that, and since then I got condensation inside the watch glass.
