I have a problem with my iPhone. About 3 days ago, my phone stopped allowing callers from UK being able to ring me in Cyprus. I think it will only allow me to dial out. (My phone has been updated today with latest Apple update.)
Can anyone with a contract with Vodaphone UK tell me if they have or had a similar problem?
Is it yet another result of Brexit (which keeps on giving..) which has now introduced global roaming charges.
Also has anyone got a UK tel contact no for Vodaphone UK? I can only find numbers leading to (useless) chat bots!

Hope that someone may be able to help, as its now urgent..

had the problem last year with 3 (as did my neighbour) suddenly unable to receive calls, turned out it was a problem here in cyprus, took a couple of weeks for them to fix after they kept telling me it was a problem with my phone (Samsung s6)

Thanks Andy. I'll go to the Cyta Shop. My phone while on a UK contract seems to previously have been switching to Cyta Vodaphone...but with no previous problem.

I went to the Cyta Shop as you suggested. Very helpful man there. He tested my phone against his, a he confirmed that mine was not receiving any calls.
He also mentioned that in the UK, Vodaphone have been replacing their customer care phone line operators with yet more so-called care lines all operated by chat bots.
Absolute nonsense, to make matters worse you also get internationalcharges if calling from abroad for using all their chat botted lines. There was one number which you can ring from abroad +44 7836 191 191, which if used is supposedly free. I rang it, but big disappointment, it turned out it was also a chat bot line...
So, it seems impossible now to call this company to ask your own question, mine being to query why my incoming calls have been stopped, as have most attempts to ring anything in the UK, except Vodaphone chat bots..
So, I have asked a friend in the UK if she can contact them. If not I will be ringing my UK bank to simply cancel my monthly direct debit payment. I have had an account wth them for several years previously.
I feel very badly let down by this company.

Just wondering but if you live prominently in Cyprus why would you have a UK contract phone, Just asking.

Although I fully sympathise with you, just cancelling the DD is not the way to go - you need to cancel the contract in the correct way.
I *think* there is a way to end your contract by sending a SMS ... maybe google can help.

Sadly, the fact that you've been with them for several years counts for nothing in these cut-throat times.
