Hi all,
we have visitors here in Cyprus from the UK, they came on a one way flight two weeks ago, with a Cyprus flight pass and have been fully vaccinated.
My question is do they need a flight pass to go back to the UK soon.

Yes they need to fill in passenger locator form I believe.

No flight pass needed for their return however they need to fill out the UK passenger locator form, this you will find on the UK gov website. No test needed for their return either but as far as I'm aware they will still need to book a day 2 test before they leave so they can put the reference number on the passenger locator form, this forms needs filling out within 48 hours of their return flight.
