"Booster jab for 75 year old and over to begin 6 October

The Ministry of Health announced that as of 6 October it will proceed
with the booster jab for people aged 75 and over.

It is noted that the third dose is given in the Vaccination Centers all
over Cyprus, either after making an online appointment through the
Vaccination Portal or through the walk-in centers.

The walk-in centers are open Monday to Thursday from 8 am to 13:00.

So far 13,844 people who are included the priority groups have so far
received the third dose of the vaccine."

Does anyone know where the Paphos walk in centres are at ???

The Paphos walk in centre is the General Hospital. 0800hr -1300hrs. However it is adviced to get an appointment due to crowding

I think you meant from 6th October Trev.

Only one Trev, Paphos General. Had third dose today, not too busy.

Does there have to be a certain number of months after the second jab, before you can get a booster jab

6 months, if I’ve read it correctly Trev.

Thanks for that... It does indeed look like it is 6 months between the second jab, and a booster.
I will have to wait for another 4 weeks for mine then ..

If one has to make an appoint at the general, what do we do? Is there a phone number to ring or just take pot luck?

I would just take pot luck and turn up, if and when you are eligible
