Good Service.

Just before I went to the UK for 11 days I had the miss fortune of the water pump stopped, and yes on the day I go.
Here I was thinking a new pump was needed when I was in the UK.
Tasapro Ltd in Nicosia supplied the pump so I contacted them when I came back to Cyprus.
I spoke to Coolis the manager and he said send the pump to there office by ACS,
I send the pump on Wednesday 1st September for delivery next day.
On Friday 3rd September I had a phone call from Coolis to say the pump is working and was on the test stand now running perfectly.
He told me it needed a service and there was no damage to the pump, and was going to run the pump for 2 hours then send it back to me.
This was at 9.40 am on Friday morning.
At a cost of 40 euros for a full service and to collect from ACS
At 3.30 pm I got a call from ACS to say there was a delivery for me which I went for.
The pump is a Stuart Tuner Monson 3 bar twin which cost 540 euros to buy, so you will understand my relief that it was nothing major wrong.
This was an excellent service from them and very fast.
