Police on Monday said they are investigating a series of burglaries reported in Limassol and Paphos over the August 15 holiday weekend.A 55-year-old woman reported that her house in Ayia Marina was broken into between 1pm on August 15 and 1am on August 16.According to her statement, jewellery worth ???52,900 and ???5,000 in cash were stolen from the safe in her house....

That will not go down too well with the insurers if the lady wants to make a claim
