bad mail service not here!

on the 16th July a friend sent a tracked letter from Washington, on the 20th it left Langley mail center for international delivery.
I have been to the post office in Anavagos to see where it is and have been told it is not in Cyprus yet but stuck in Germany due to the lack of flights
I hope it comes soon as I fly to the UK on the 18th.
