Apart from the usual suspects i.e. passport..Meu3..utility..bills etc! If you are over 70 years old what medical documents do you need. Thanks.

An official form (Tom 153E) filled in and signed by a doctor, to say that you are fit to drive.

Has the time period passed now for changing over to a Cyprus licence? and will people now be required to retake a driving test?.

Yes, it has passed, the deadline was the 7th July. So yes you would have to have a driving test if you want to change from a UK to a Cypriot licence. I was told by my car insurance agent that your car insurance will be void as well if your driving around on a UK licence after that date.
The other options of course are don't drive here, or a straight swap, your UK licence for another when you are next in the UK I guess.

My next question, anyone still driving on a UK licence?

You can still change from a U.K. license to a Cypriot licence. The deadline of the 7th July was scrapped a month ago. In future you will not be able to drive on a U.K. licence in Cyprus , whenever the future maybe..Not being insured to drive on a U.K. licence is just not true..Speak to your insurance company , and maybe get a new agent!

No I didn't. But it doesn't matter as it is for the Doctor to fill in, not yourself..

I should have made it more clearer on what I was told. Of course you can drive on a UK licence here if you own a property and come back and forth, or of course if your on holiday.
But if you live here permanently then you have to change your licence. I think that rule was an old rule anyway but never really enforced. But now we are out of the EU, hence the 7th July deadline, who knows if it will.
Is it worth taking a chance if your here permanently?

Did you really mean 'Now the UK are out of the EU' ?
Because you actually said " But now we are out of the EU "
