i Phone Problem

Hi all

I have an issue with my i phone 6s. Struggling to charge it. Probably a contacts problem within the charging port. Can anybody recommend somewhere that I can get it checked over and potentially repaired?

Either that or I might treat myself to a new i phone se.I don’t want a contract and will purchase an unlocked phone outright.I went into the CYTA shop and they quoted €499 but had none. They may be able to get one in from another store. Alternatively can anybody recommend somewhere in Paphos where I could purchase one?

Thank you!

Many of my farming friends report this issue.
Usually, it's their daily grime in the charging port that prevents a decent contact.
Have you tried a cocktail stick and/or a good blow?

Hello. Glad you said a 6s, a 6 seems to be obsolete now.

Can recommend, from 1sr hand experience with a 6 S……..Soxitech in Geroskipou.

Replaced my battery, checked and tested for about 50€. Excellent same day service. I think that he only goes ‘back’ as iPhone 5S, so ok there.

Directions:
From the Debenhams roundabout at the stadium, head for Geroskipou. At the lights , turn right. Turn second left, and Sixotech is on the right. Heavily disguised as his wife’s beauty parlour, it’s the first building on the right.

This is a young whizz kid who doesn’t charge silly prices as some do in Paphos
He knows his stuff. Very knowledgeable and good at his job.

I recently had to replace my iPhone 6 and purchased an iPhone SE (with which I am pleased) from Stephanis.

Thanks Cheshire Lad. That sounds a useful recommendation. The only thing that concerns me is that if you have work done on an iPhone by an 'unauthorised' person, does it affect the resale value of the iPhone?

Earlier this year I had a new camera lens put in my Samsung Phone. But no one would ever know.
