Hi,
Has anyone had to pay for a COVID vaccine in Cyprus privately?
If so how much did it cost?
Thanks

Appointments for Covid Vaccines have to be done through GESY, the Cyprus equivalent of the NHS. For anyone not registered with a private doctor, who is part of GESY, it will be more difficult. Best to see a doctor first to enquire how to get an appointment for vaccination.

I went to my doctors and his sectary made me an appointment there and then and that was in March, had my first on the 7th April and the second one on the 6th June.
No problems at all.

You can’t pay for the vaccination, if your non GESY you can apply by email or letter for a vaccination appointment the process is very good. Details and forms can be found on www.pio.gov.cy

We had ours done at Harbour Medical as we are not on gesy but you do have to have your yellow slip. Got our 2nd jab next week.
