From our house can see lots of smoke in a straight line from us over the hill behind Kamenterena winery, so Tsada area perhaps?

We must have been typing at the same time! This looks a bit further over than yesterday, but no doubt will be in the news soon.

The helicopters are flying towards Tsada over Kamares.

Are they getting their water from the Mavrokolympos Dam ?

I heard it was between Koili and Stroumpi.

It is between Koili and Stroumpi, and away from any houses. Saw (from a suitable distance) a couple of helicopters and a fire engine. There was also a farmer hurtling around in his truck with a big tank of water.

So, You're not one of the long distance "ghouls" then?

Who said anything about long distance ghouls? The ghouls mentioned on the other thread, as you are very well aware, were upsetting locals and getting in the way. And they must have driven there specifically for that purpose. Let's face it, very few people drive through Akoursos on the way to anywhere else.

We were far away from any fire truck or helicopter, on the Koili to B7 road. Plus, it was obvious that no properties were involved.

That's good news that there are no properties involved..
