Let's hope the same follows in Cyprus. Though there has been a slight increase over the last couple of days, the wearing of masks outdoors in uncrowded spaces is not part of the WHO's anti-COVID recommendations, and is a puzzling legacy from earlier lockdowns.

Not when compared to the figures we were getting a while ago. As the figures get lower, an increase will be bigger, percentagewise.

Take the following series:

120 80 50 30 20 15 10 5 10

When the number went from 5 to 10, it DOUBLED overnight, but it still only increased by 5.

And the figures for Paphos are tiny; two from 3,036 tests, with a positivity 0.07 per cent.
