If you take a wander around the streets of Paphos, both old and new, you will occasionally stumble upon some random art installations. The patchwork tree is one such example, but there are other exhibits too numerous to mention here. Today, we are going to have a look at a subset of these works, and examine some of the murals you will find. Most of them are situated in a small area to the west of Kennedy Square. However, there are a few others scattered around, so it pays to explore...

Thanks Dominic, there are more murals, and more interesting ones, than I was expecting. Think I need to go and have a wonder round the old town soon.

Yes, there were more than I expected too. It is fun walking around there, provided you aren't in flipflops.

Amazing artistic and imaginative work at play here, Dom.. Thanks for capturing this and sharing it!
I have to say, though, that if some street artist tried this here in UK, within 24 hours, some snotty-nosed, glue-sniffing little oik would be along at silly o'clock to overspray a work of art with his senseless graffiti 'tag'. Sad...
Cheers- AL

Rather a harsh condemnation, Al. It may be that way where you live but I recently visited East London and walked down to the River Lea from the Olympic Sports Park. Some of the wall art works were breathtakingly good with none of the oik-work you mentioned.
I've attached a couple of examples:
