One of the most known and loved doctors in Paphos, Michael Markou from Geroskipou, died today due to COVID-19.

Dr. Markou died at the Nicosia General Hospital where he was intubated.

Despite efforts by his colleagues to wake him from the coma, the doctor died earlier today.

Very Sad, especially Doctors, who try and save life's, RIP.

Early doors but does anyong know if he had the vaccine.

He was quite vocal on facebook against the vaccine so maybe not?

I heard from a reliable source yesterday that he had not received the vaccine.
