Polemi in 4K!

This is the first trip out with our new camera. It isn't 360, so you will have to make do with the image presented to you. However, it is a much crisper picture, which is what a lot of you have been asking for.

There won't be a 360 version of this, but we will do a separate 360 version at a later date.

We still need to work out things like exposure and light balance for the new camera. This was literally done using the out-of-the-box settings, but it looks promising.

Let us know what you think, especially of the picture quality etc, rather than the landscape of Polemi.

Excellent quality Dominic

As an aside, some fantastic old properties ripe for renovation in the film.

Dominic - This is obviously much better than your other camera which always seemed to be on auto focus and was correcting itself every few seconds - This camera seemed to correct the focus as you pulled away at the start and then was pretty much ok for the rest of the film - Is it set to fixed focus like a dash cam or do you have to set it at a fixed distance ?

The two cameras are very different. One is a 360 . The 360 actually has higher resolution, but it is spread over 360 degrees. It consists of two separate images which are stitched on the fly. In terms of focus though, both have a fixed infinite focus, which is pretty much standard in action cams. I think what you might be experiencing is bandwidth issues. Besides, the Polemi film I uploaded was not actually the start of the film. I edited out the first bit because it was too bumpy.
