Any recommendations for agents other than Gwenny ? Need to sort a number of issues out with regards immigration and driving license etc

You may have a need to change but as far as I know you don't Have to.

You could try Philippos on 26818589 - he did my MEU1 to UKW3
He does not do this usually, but did mine as a favour as I have known him and his mum for several years. May be worth asking.
If you have a MEU3 you do not have to change it though.
