We've had a lot of requests for a drive through Universal, so here it is. We hope we have managed to include your apartment, but the area is a bit of a rabbit warren, so if we've missed it, or included it twice, we apologise!

Thank You on behalf of all those who asked for a filming of the Universal area. It will be good for those people especially when the 360 degree version is put on. They will be able to twist around to either side and possible have a good view of their property..

Why is this area called the Universal?

Would it be that the land is/was owned by Universal Life Ins?

Correct Memory Man - the land was owned by Universal Life.

We purchased our first Cyprus property in 2002 from Pafilia on Universal. At that point it was still mainly fields with just the odd development...very different to today. And thanks to Dominic we've just smiled as he drove past the old place!

We loved our place there. I walk quickly so the sea front area was just a 13 minute walk!
