Latest announcement from Ministry of Health

The Minster of Health has made a new announcement on the pandemic. Outdoor areas of restaurants open from the 16th. Picnic areas allowed for Green Monday. More rapid testing for workers. Curfew moved from 9PM to 11PM.

Looks sensible to me, up to us all to comply, outdoor dining not a problem for us.......look forward to eating out.

There will probably be a rush to book outside tables. Some establishment have a lot and some not so many.. And the weather may well affect bookings.
I saw nothing about a relaxation of getting an SMS to go out twice a day

Yes, curfew has been pushed back to 11. That's the only concession on the SMS front.

Personaly speaking sitting in a resturant, looking at the next table thinking are they covid free etc, doesn't add up to a relaxing meal, I will wait for a wee bit longer.

2. For what reasons is movement allowed during curfew hours (11 pm to 5 am the next day)?

The movement of persons during curfews continues to be allowed for the following reasons:

for work purposes to and from the workplaces with the presentation of Form A, completed and signed by the employer and which certifies the need to travel during the above hours.
for urgent and urgent purposes, ie to go to a medical center or hospital or pharmacy or veterinarian for medical emergencies and to go to the emergency room for people who are unable to self-care or who have to self-protect.
