Has anyone else lost their T.V. service?

I had a message on screen this morning.. It was due to problems yesterday at the server.. All is OK now but you may need to ring Holitec to have the service restarted. I rang 15 mins ago and all is OK. But try rebooting the box first by turning off power to it and then put it back on again..

That is the one that affected the TV service yesterday
