Most around me are surprised this is going ahead as they felt sure it would be delayed with cases and hospital admissions rising day by day. They now fear even if it goes ahead it will be short lived especially in the Limassol District .
Will be interested to see the new menu prices too.
I’m surprised a HIC’s comments as he posted a few months ago how well the majority of bars and restaurants had done last year with just local customers and I agreed with him . Most had never been so full nor taken as much money . Certainly around here the restaurants and bars would not really be stirring until the middle of March having enjoyed their normal 3-5 months holiday anyway so no response to a phone call or two is hardly surprising they aren’t there yet . The casualties are the hoteliers and bars etc in solely tourist areas and my money is on them reviving quickly when what is being reported as a wall of money arrives on May 17th when the Brits can fly again.

Lloyd, Are you going to share these restaurants with us? I am always interested in people’s favourite places to eat...Phil’s restaurant in Coral Bay were cleaning all the windows yesterday...getting quiet excited.

You could be right, I certainly hope so. Otherwise we'll have to revert to Plan B, the next favourite, which is in Limassol. But the current 9pm curfew would make the timing a little bit tricky.
You´d also have to eat fast if you want to be back in Paphos within 3 hours. Or will that restriction be lifted?

Perhaps Lloyd was thinking of more local places in the Paphos area?
