Yes. It was on In Cyprus' yesterday. From memory there are two of these centres in Paphos. One is at the big church near the Polis Rd, the other at the former District Officers house, which is next 'to the Archaeological museum and behind the Makarios head statue. But as there are about 80,000 workers to be tested island wide, they are asking for people to come on the day when your surname is in their right alphabetical group. So you'd better go along and find out more.
