I am returning to Paphos from Scotland this week and am a resident. I hope someone can give me some help and answer some questions. When do I fill in the Cyprus flight pass, do I have to get a test in Scotland and are you confined to the hotel room without access to exercise? Would be very grateful for any info.

If you Google access into Cy from UK the uk govt website comes up, you can navigate from there on in.
To answer your question about hotel accommodation and exercise, from my understanding you are not permitted to leave your room.
Food is delivered to your room by hotel staff

You will need to fill out the flight pass prior to your flight.

https://cyprusflightpass.gov.cy/en/home

When you land you’ll be taken to a room between arrivals and departures when the CV19 test will be carried out. This costs €60 and can be paid with cash or card. Once completed, you are then funnelled through passport control, make sure you have your flight pass and MEU to show as well as your passport. You are then escorted through the airport to the coach by police and then on to the allocated hotel. Your test results will be online and texted through.

Food is delivered to the room and you are not permitted to leave at all.

After 6 days, there is another test (paid for the state) and this result is sent by text. You are then given your “discharge” papers on the 7th day and you are free to leave. The is no transport provided for this.

Lots of info here, if you have questions that weren't answered on the Cyprus Flight Pass site.

Sadly you’ll just be confined to your room and balcony if you have one

I think that’s the whole point of quarantine, so you don’t have access to anyone else

My understanding is that if your test after 6/7 days' quarantine proves negative, you can go home but must self-isolate for a further 3 days. Check the CY Govt POI site.

Chris King has just returned to Cyprus from UK this weekend and has been posting on his Facebook page.
Confined to the room, got a negative result yesterday and will need to have another test on Day 7 as I understand.
Then a further 3 days confined at the home address.

He's stuck in the Annabelle Hotel 🤣

Chris King is lucky to be quarantined there! There must be lots of worse places he could be stuck. Hopefully he should get reasonable food there too.

Double check with your airline as several friends of mine residents registered with flight pass and MEU etc were refused boarding without the 72 hrs negative test prior to flying. Only after strongly stating their case and producing CY Gov information were one couple allowed on board my other friend had to have the 72 hr test in the UK even with all the documentation.
