Idris in Polis is an excellent barber. Located beside the Central cafe, Idris is a Kurdistan Turk.
In addition to cutting the hair on your head, nostrils, ears and eyebrows, he also waxes any hairs on your nose using what looks like two strands of floss! All for €5
Highly recommended.

The only difference between a good barber and a 'gentleman's hairdresser' is......about €10 (or in UK about £40)

I thought you were going to offer, Jim
After all, you used to cut the hair of Sir William Lyons (boss of Jaguar) back in your old Coventry days!
Cheers- AL

Have you tried Andy the barber in Geroskipou. At the end of the row of businesses where Papantoniou is located on the left as you drive into Geroskipou from the airport. Sorry no idea of current cost but he used to do a good short back and sides!
