Very interesting article in CMail today, concerning funds from the EU and more. For me specially the part of environmental issues is more than important as Cyprus is still way back.

"Projects that could start as early as January include those from the commerce ministry with grants given to households and businesses to make buildings energy efficient, installing solar energy panels on all rooftops in Cyprus. I have not read the article yet, but will do.

In my opinion, although I consider them very important, environmental matters must take second place to at least partially restoring normal living conditions after (hopefully) the panvirus has been more or less completely beaten down into the dust. This implies that everyone should have at least similar conditions of living before and after the disease. There is no point in insulating a house when the occupier cannot afford to heat or cool it.
