Dog owners may briefly walk their pets after the 9pm curfew but must remain close to their homes, the health ministry said on Wednesday.The clarification was among several explanations the ministry gave concerning the implementation of the measures against the spread of coronavirus. They concern answers to the main questions submitted to the ministry on Monday....

We often see people walking their dogs on the quite lane in front of us well after the curfew time. Most of them have no mask on either.

If its a quiet lane do they really need a mask?

We certainly do not wear a mask when walking our dog on 'our' lane. It is a 500 mt cul-de-sac and is just a concrete country track.. I also note that the farmers that come down working on their plots don't wear masks either .. It is not necessary..
