Alpha Bank branch closures

In today's Cyprus Mail, Page 3, Alpha Bank are announcing closures of a few more of their branches. So, having used the Alpha Bank Branch on Arch. Makarios Rd in Polis occasionally, I was surprised to see that w.e.f Monday, 23rd November, their branch in Polis is being closed.
Apparently, business is being transferred to the Ellados Rd Branch in Paphos.

That is shit. It was bad enough when our BOC branch in Polemi was closed. Having to go from Polis to Paphos is just not worth it.

There is a Bank of Cyprus in Polis... But you can never know when or where banks will close branches

Yes its tough for some but we must bear in mind that banks have to make a profit like any other business.Hence their decision to close some branches......Supply and demand comes to mind i,m afraid.
