Yes, I'm not surprised that she remembered music like Swan Lake. I find it very moving too. When people have Altzeimers, usually their long term memory stays with them longer. It's things which have happened more recently which may be confused or even forgotten.
My mother had this affliction and its very sad to see how it affects them.
