Leaking fresh water tap

Hi, I wonder if someone can help.
We have a multi tap on our kitchen sink, its a mixer for hot/cold with a separate small handle at the base of the tap for fresh water, that is the one that is leaking, it wont turn off properly. I know its probably has some kind of washer, but I haven't changed a washer on these type of taps before and dont even know if it can be done.
Can a leak be fixed on these type of taps or do I need to buy a new tap?
Thanks

Mine was leaking last week, turned off the water, took out the control tap ,replaced the washer, (10cents) ...refitted and all.ok........
Very simple job.......if you are confident and practically minded....
