At Last !!!!! Something myself and HIC can completely agree on. Having recently arrived back to the UK I am astounded at how people seem to be at different ranges of the spectrum. In one hand you have people who are abiding by the constant rule changes to the point some are being completely over the top as with the jobsworth and at the other end of the spectrum people just ignoring the pandemic as if it does not apply to them or just it does not exist.
