I do not know how many nations actually have nuclear weapons but I do know that I do not have enough fingers to count them. Is it not little Cyprus getting rather big for its boots, telling all the big boys to get rid of their nuclear toys?

Not at all. What a ludicrous notion. If that was the case, nobody other than the biggest fish would ever be able to say anything.
