Under present restrictions, would I be allowed to stay at my daughter's home in the UK if I travelled over in the next couple of weeks?

None apparent to get into the UK from Cyprus, but if you travel to areas that are subject to local orders or lockdowns you may have to conform for 14 days. Just a point to think about.
