Best Italian tomato sauce ever...

As I cannot eat all the cherry tomatoes I harvest every day, I decided to prepare a quick fresh tomato sauce. It took only less than 20 minutes to do the whole lunch. As I have also fresh thyme and oregano and also a huge basil bush in the garden, all important basic ingredients are there...

Recipe:
100 gr pasta "Farfalle", 1/2 kg cherry tomatoes, olive oil, garlic, sea salt, cinnamon sugar, oregano, thyme, basil, black pepper, Parmesan cheese.
2 tsp olive oil to heat up and add tomatoes, garlic, and ca 3 tsp water, salt, sugar and led it boil for ca 20 minutes, lid on. After 15 minutes to add oregano and thyme, black pepper. Then just before serving to add fresh basil leaves and stir Parmesan cheese in. Ready.
I ate many times tomato pasta in Italy, but must say this one with cherry tomatoes is the best I ever had.
If you buy cherry tomatoes in a shop wait a couple of days until they are dark red...and then..
