TV problem

Has anyone else had TV reception problem from local supplier? Mine has been bad for 2 days. Checked connections and setup here OK. No email reply from them.

Morning both...

I use one of the same IPTV service providers ar Lloyd, both are at the moment working as normal, do take a look at the post I made in the ''Technology'' section it maybe a problem.

Once again have uninterrupted TV viewing with my Triotech box... and plenty of choice of what to watch.

At last I have been contacted by the supplier, who has admitted they have a problem. In fact, I think they have already corrected it. Nevertheless, I give them a black mark for a weekend without TV and inability to contact them. A service like that should have a 24/7 response time, even if only to soothe irate customers.

PS this is the first time that I have been dissatisfied because of their lack of response. Previous issues were handled in a timely manner.

Devil morning, all streaming TV at times will have problems, usually as in your case it was sorted out, the lack of response maybe understandable as they probably have many customers, happy that your sorted out now...
