Hi Guys

Just changed my car battery and have the old one to dispose of.

Anyone here had a similar experience and what did you do with the old battery .

The place where you bought the new one from should dispose of it for you

The same applies to all WEEE stuff. The (commercial) seller of the new has to take the old equivalent back for recycling, by law. He may charge but doesn't usually. Doesn't apply to batteries.

(WEEE = waste electrical and electronic equipment)
