The photo the PM doesn't want us to see,

apparently....

Some interesting comments coming through from this such as:
Well look at those shoes !! No wonder she'd rather people not see that photo ! Boy what was she thinking !!
Was she lying then, or is she lying now?
Three different responses to this below:
Neither. She always was a remainer, but she is now acting on the will of the people according to the referendum that her predecessor held.

She is doing her job.
-----------------------

In a "normal" world if you support an idea you don't change it only to take advantage of a political promotion.
There's no consistency in her behavior.
-----------------------

But her hands are tied, she is the leader of the party, and must do what has been voted on by the public, if she didn't she would be being a dictator.

Probably she should not have taken the job.
Given the way she's pushing for a hard brexit I don't believe she evere was a remainer. I think she just wanted to be on what at the time she perceived as the winning side.
From my inbox today.... I found the comments were more amusing than the image :-)

Who said that Theresa May didn't want people to see this pic?

I find it amazing that anybody posting a comment about it could seriously have an opinion on the photograph. The fact that she was a remainer has never been a secret.

And I don't mean your post Photolady, but the comments you refer to.

I'm more than happy to accept that she was indeed a remainer. But she is now the PM and has to get behind the result of the referendum, and go with the majority result. Personally, I feel she had done this admirably and with integrity.

Smudger, that is exactly the case.... I understand the photo appeared in social media a couple of weeks back. It appeared today via a FB feed to my inbox. First time I'd seen it to be truthful but obviously, it dates back previous to June 2016.

Dominic, it just shows how people think - was what captured my attention. Particularly, the shoes comment ;-)

It must be horrible being in the media spotlight these days. Ok, the shoes are a given  , but imagine what it must be like having to watch everything you say in the fear that it will get misconstrued and used against you at a later date?

Surely that should be a consideration before putting oneself forward for a role which could lead to that in the first place.....

Even worse though must be being born into a forefront position. At least those who seek stardom make what we hope is an informed choice. Although a lot still get it wrong 👎
