The Paphos district court ordered a bar to shut down after it was reported by police for violating government orders aimed at stopping the spread of the coronavirus.

Police requested the establishment’s closure after it was booked three times for not following disinfection procedures stipulated by health protocols.

The bar will remain closed at least until its case is heard in court at a later date.

At another Paphos venue earlier in the week, the staff were warned for not wearing masks properly - police returned the next day and staff still not wearing masks properly so they were issued a €500 fine.

Does anyone know which Bar?

Would the €500 fine be to each member of staff for not
wearing masks properly, or would the venue be fined €500 ?

The residents of Morphou appear very law abiding as there's seldom anything to report . Maybe everyone has relatives in the force?

Since Morphou is under the norths occupation, I dont get how its in the equation?

Most of Morphou district is in the north, but some is in the south.
