Does anyone know if the rigmarole regarding this flight Pass is just for tourists coming here for a holiday, or If it's also affects returning Cyprus Permanent Residents with MEU documentation and other proof of identity?
After all we have already registered all details with Immigration previously....

Everyone needs to get it even Cypriot citizens, im picking a friend up from the airport on wed night, and he had to get it, and he has a Cyprus passport.
