Ischial Bursitis

I have been diagnosed with Ischial Bursitis, which is pain at the centre of the buttock, or in my case both buttocks, spreading to include the hamstrings (hamspring tendonisitis).
I'm looking for a physiotherapist in Cyprus who uses ultrasound to treat it. Two people I know have been successfully treated, but in the UK.
Any help, advice, recommendation would be much appreciated.
