Paphos Life

I went out for a ride yesterday and realized something tried to cross a very busy road: a quite large chamaeleon. So I thought the next best car will kill it and stopped to collect it. Luckily I had a old large nylon bag in the boot to transport it home.

So here we are after arriving and it looked very scared....


but not for long, just seconds after I took it out of the bag it showed up to her beauty


and realized quickly where it wanted to go...and fast...


this is the area it was heading towards


as soon it arrived there it was already difficult to spot it, but I hope it will settle and stay in my area together with the other ones already in the garden.

We get quite a few of them by where we live and were held up by one crossing the track to our place the other week. It took about ten minutes to cross the three metres but we were in no hurry and it was amazing watching the way it moved.
