It will be mainly dry and sunny today with temperatures rising to 28 C inland.According to the early morning weather forecast of the Met Office, weak low pressure is affecting the area.Temperatures will rise to 28 C inland, around 22 C on the coasts and around 17 C in the mountains....

Where's that 28°C? It maxed today at 23.8°C at 12:42 and that was just a tiny spike. However, it is maintaining 23.0° at 14:30. Notwithstanding, I see my forecast was 26°C, so I can't say too much!
