Just a quick question. Is the Electricity Board still open to pay bills Etc...

In accordance with the measures being taken by the State to protect citizens' health and contain the spread of COVID-19, EAC announces that its Customer Service Centres (CSCs) will not be open to the public until 16 April 2020.

We haven't received our electricity bill for February so sent an e mail last week requesting an emailed copy so I could pay online. As yet not heard anything back so take it the whole customer service is shut down.

But don't panic, they have said they will not disconnect anybody for non-payment during this lockdown period.

My bill was collated on the 9th March and sent to me by email last week.
