What was it blocked with? I haven't actually touched it. My guess would be a sparrow is nesting nearby.

I thought it looked like silver duct tape.

Next time you see it could you save the image please? I would love to see what you are seeing. I went out and had a look, and there was no obvious nest, or duct tape, for that matter.

  I would guess that the server has grabbed the image as it was half-way through being uploaded. I shall have a tweak of the code.
