Does anyone know where you can get the forms to fill in regarding the government compulsory shut down of buisness because of the covid19 virus for an employee

The offices are closed due to the virus...both the social and labour offices
I’m led to believe that they will be available online...
I also think your employer will inform the relevant depts..but I’m not 100% sure...don’t hold out much hope, I haven’t received my winter down time money yet
