What are you doing to pass the time?

We can have a virtual get together in the Paphos Life pub.

Fav. booze : - cold beer in summer, whisky or brandy in the winter.
Fav. food : - kleftico or fish & chips ( from chippy )
Early childhood memory:- getting serious burn on my leg when I was 8 years old ( same day as MUFC plane crash in Munich )
Fav song : - Most songs by the Beatles or anything 60's.
Fav. film: - ET ( I cried )
Fav. singer: - then - Donovan. now - Lewis Capaldi
Fav. music: - massed pipes & drums

Fav. booze : - diet coke. Gave up the sauce years ago.
Fav. food : - decent souvlaki from a proper Cypriot joint.
Early childhood memory:- being left in the car. I told it to my mum years later and she said it was probably when they visited somebody with Whooping Cough. These days I think I remember the memory, rather than the scene itself, but when I was younger I remembered that and was determined not to forget.

Fav. film: - O Lucky Man!

Fav. music: - Beethoven's Piano Concerto's. Esp Tempest.

In answer to the question What am I Doing? I am just finishing up on the Virtual Tour of Paphos Archaeological Park we will soon be publishing. The tour itself is complete but I am adding some information hotspots.

Earliest memory, going on train with parents lots of smoke etc

I remember visiting Ireland and drinking proper Guinness. It was delicious, but I was not prepared for what came out of my bottom the following day.

Booze - Whiskey is my first choice & my second choice is whiskey
Food - chicken (all sold out yesterday)
Film - A good few men & Patton
Early childhood memory - An uncle who taught me to ride a bike & play a harmonica (Dad was too busy on the farm)
Music - Almost all that is posted on the Song chain
Sexual encounters - can't remember
Car - Jaguar

Favourite booze: A glass of chilled rose or a glass of Status 99 red.
Favourite food: at the moment it seems to be cheese but as a child it was always chicken and chips.
Childhood memory: one of the earliest memories I have is sitting in my dad's car, going home after we had been to the local maternity hospital to collect my mum and new baby brother. I was four at the time and pleased as anything to be allowed to hold him - and not a seatbelt or kiddy seat in sight!
Fav song: Hotel California by the Eagles, or maybe Harper Valley PTA by Dolly Parton, or maybe the Boxer by Simon and Garfunkel, or maybe ...
Fav book: Gone with the Wind by Margaret Mitchell, although the Earth's Children series by Jean M Auel comes a very close second.

FAv colour: NOT black or dark blue/grey etc. Nothing somber or misery inducing

Fav. food : - Indian Food (med - hot)
Early childhood memory:- My mum sitting me down and letting me hold my new born sister.
Fav song : - Varies depending on mood (some days it could be Anti Nowhere League, I hate people and some it’s Elvis, if I can dream)

Fav. music: - anything except Jazz and Rap
