Gesy questions. (It may get moved to medical)

Help please!

I understand that according to your age you get so many GP appointments.

When is this counted from?

1. From when you signed up- for a year.
2. January to December - yearly.

Have seen my GP recently and got a code from him for accessing my medical records. From the printed information given by him I need to get the second code from Gesy. It has been over a week and no code received as yet.

How long did it take for you to get the 2nd code from Gesy?

Based upon the fact that my "account" reset to zero on 1 jan, I would say that would be the date for resetting the GP visits. Regarding the code for accessing your records, I think you get that from your GP and you have to ask for it.

The year runs from 1 January to 31 December.

Number of free visits to Personal Doctor is dependent on your age - your doctor will tell you how many.

When the Personal Doctor gives you the code to access your personal records you should receive the second code by email direct from GESY the same day. Each code is valid for only a certain period of time and after that time has expired you have to ask your Personal Doctor for a new code.

My doctor had entered my email in wrong. All sorted now.

Have found the on - line medical records to be great. Will be a good thing as you can see when you had bloods done and when you attended the Doctors.

I think that Gesy is excellent.
