My belief is that there are very few 'ordinary' homes where a concrete statue would look entirely appropriate. I think you need a mansion or large country house before a statue would look perfectly in keeping.
I disagree with you, Lloyd. It very much depends on the size of the statue and the grounds within which it is placed.
If I could work out how to shrink my photos enough to post here (technologically incompetent

), I would show you my three statues. None of which are life size, but each looks good where it is - in my (not so) humble opinion, of course!

Morning Oakland
When we moved here, we brought in our container a statue of Artemis the huntress, she is about 4ft tall. A few months after moving, a statue outside one of the second hand shops caught hubby's eye, so we agreed to buy that one. It is a rearing horse, about 3ft tall. The last one was acquired from from friends who no longer wanted the female water carrier, about 2ft6in tall. Each statue has its place in the garden and adds interest to the vista.
If you are planning on buying a statue for your garden, make sure it is one that fits with the planned location, size wise. A tabletop sized statue would disappear in a shrubbery, and a life sized statue may well look silly in a small garden.

Hi Guys
I was thinking more along the lines of Garden Gnomes , small Animal figures , average size around 20 to 50 cm .
Thanks for the input anyway

Never seen a gnome with big boobs, but then, I've led a sheltered life.

I did wonder right at the beginning if this would turn out to be a business advert.

I just hope it gets taken off ASAP

I don't have a problem with it, to be honest. I know the business and they are fairly new to the Paphos area, so asking what people like is reasonable enough. And besides, if WHL finds a place where he can buy a large breasted garden gnome it might make him a bit less cantankerous.

I was thinking more of a big breasted Aphrodite, emerging from the sea ,rather then a gnome, .......ok its a bit pervy, but none of us are perfect
