Have always been disappointed in the Onion Bhajis that the Indian restaurants serve in Paphos...I like them big , crispy on the outside and moist in the middle. So unless someone can please recommend somewhere, I have decided to try and make them myself. Next question where can I get Gram Flour? Thanks in advance....

Gram flour (chickpea flour) is available in all supermarkets.

You can subscribe to his channel if you like his food. He does a meal on youtube each week.
Interesting channel, though I am hungry again now. Have subscribed.

Termites Dream. I have made these Bhajis many times over the years using a very similar recipe. However, I have found (with the advice of an authentic Indian cook), instead of using two cups of Gram Flour . . . . . Use 1 1/2 cups gram flour and 1/2 cup of self raising flour. It works a treat.

It also really works with Veggie Pakora.

PS Dominic. Gram flour was very easy to find in Cyprus many years ago. Open your eyes Boyo 😁. . . . . . And good luck. Let us know how you get on. πŸ·πŸ·πŸ„πŸ·
