I just bought a new fire stick for 16 quid off eBay , and I am really pleased with it . The start screen is good , I already have a DNS in my router , so the iPlayers work straight off .

I thought I might have problems setting up in Cyprus , but my Amazon account was accepted and all went well .

The remote is a nice size and controls my tv , on/off and volume up/down mute . You can also speak commands into it .

Mr Blobby - I think you typoed and meant VPN and not DNS

You can actually install a lot more on a Firestick, but it can be problematical then...

No , definitely only a DNS .

The firestick is WiFi only , some say Ethernet is the only way to go , but I can watch BBC no problem and I am only on 10mb .

You can buy an adapter to get Ethernet if you want .

Go to the troypoint website and you can download a programme called Typhoon which gives you all the latest movies and tv series. There's a step by step guide how to do it.

Thanks Jim ,Typhoon is a nice program .

I have just loaded a program called TvTap , it has loads of live channels in it .
