Oh well. It will help reduce speeds. Do they intend finishing off the collapsed bit, or it that it?

This is Cyprus, that is the cheapest practical Heath Robinson fix possible so the file will be closed unless
a) It washes away further
b) The death count at the chicane gets a bit excessive

They've done that about three times on the Statos / Nata road.

Great to see the road back open so quickly, Dominic this is a temporary road until the repairs are carried out.
